  In 2007, we purchased our first Sienna van from Williams Toyota.  Steve was very helpful during our selection process.  During the three years that we had the van,  Andy was outstanding in helping us take care of our van.  On July 21, 2010, we lost our van in an accident when we were run over by a tractor trailer in a construction zone.  The Sienna van and Angels saved our lives.  The Sienna van was totaled but the passenger compartment held together and the three of us survived the crash with relatively minor injuries compared to what could have happened to us.  People that have seen the pictures of the crash scene and vehicles can not believe that we are still alive.  Steve and Andy came to our rescue and were very kind and helpful in helping us obtain a new 2011 Sienna van.  Toyota had saved our lives with the superior safety construction and we wanted another one so we would be secure on the road.   Williams Toyota has a staff that makes purchasing and maintaining a vehicle a fun experience.  There is no way that my wife and I can thank Toyota, Steve and Andy enough for all their help and support.  We consider Williams Toyota to be family.  You will never go wrong working with them!

My experience with Williams Toyota was wonderful, we were treated great. Shawn was exceptionally great, he made us feel at home, always serves me coffee, the friendly faces are there to greet us.

 

My only complaint is I really wanted a cargo cover in my car, I’ve had one in my last two vehicles, I work in a government building w/ a parking lot that is not guarded and having my car open to the weirdoes {especially at Christmas time there are break ins} I don’t like it.

 

When my husband and I was looking at used Rav4s the cargo covers and the nets were in the hidden part under the cargo matt of the used Rav’s so we talked it over thought for the money it was wiser to by new because of Toyota’s history so when I took the big step and decided to go new I just felt that should have been part of the car.

 

But as far as my experience we have no complaints and compared to other Toyota dealers we went to with a rating of 1-10-10 being the best yours would be rated with a “10”!!!!

Yes, I had a positive experience at Williams Toyota.  I brought my Camry Hybrid in for Recall service.  Everyone was very pleasant to me.  The service took a bit longer than expected (1 1/2 hours instead of the 1 hour they told me) but that was OK because I had planned to stay for 2 hours, per the Recall letter.  After having service I noticed that my brakes are smoother than they were, which is good because they were very touchy before.  I love my Camry Hybrid - it's the nicest car I've ever had.

We always are reminded of the things we do wrong more often then not we are not told of the things we do right.  Two weeks ago while doing a favor for a friend I backed into his handicap ramp damaging the left rear of my Tacoma truck.  I called your service department and was, as usual, greeted by the friendly and familiar voice of Andy in Repair.  I explained my predicament to Andy.  Let me state now that I have also been well pleased with the other young man in the service department.  I think his name is Mike, a nice man.

Andy told me that if I brought my truck to Williams he would arrange for Tony of Huckle's Body Shop, located in Waverly, NY, to look at my truck.  This conversation with Andy took place at 8:20 AM.  At 9:05 AM I was at Williams and at 9:10 AM Tony arrived.  If this was Ebay, you would be known as a fast payer.  Huckle's, much like Williams, is a company that does it the right way.  The truck looks great!  Huckle's did an outstanding job, but I expected that as they were recommended by Williams Toyota.

This storm that Toyota is going through like all storms will pass and Williams will, as always, do the right thing.  From the woman at the reception desk that greets you with good morning and a smile, to John Evans who is the mold for people in sales, to the likes of Andy in Repair things are going to be all right.  I drive over thirty minutes to have my vehicles serviced at Williams.  Why, because of the above.  Don't change a thing and everything will be OK.

Dear Mr. (Kevin) Horn,

I recently had my 2007 Toyota Avalon serviced at your service department and I want to commend you and your service staff on the excellent service I received.

I've had this "THUNK, THUNK" problem which sounded like it came from the rear of the car whenever I went over a severe dip in the road.  I tried to get it fixed recently at a dealer locally and over a year ago in Florida but both dealers failed miserably.  I ignored the problem until it seemed to be getting worse and my wife was getting nervous since we were about to embark on a trip to Florida and thought that it may be a safety issue.  My wife then suggested that I take the car to Williams Toyota where I bought the car three years ago since they had successfully fixed some other minor problems when I purchased the car.  Since Williams Toyota is located forty miles away, I reluctantly made an appointment for the next day.

When I explained my tale of woe to your Service Manager, Andy Liguori, he assured me that he would put his best mechanic, Rick Close on it right away.  Two hours later Rick handed me my keys with a smile on his face and told me he had fixed the problem.  I couldn't be happier.

Later that evening I told my wife that she sometimes has really good ideas.  My wife told me I should listen to her more often.

I Just wanted to follow-up with you briefly about my Toyota Corolla, especially after receiving your note in the mail, and more so, seeing your dad this past Saturday morning at coffee. If you remember I purchased my Corolla on December 31, 2008. Well, just after roughly two years, I have over 39,000 miles! So far it had been a reliable car, just as I have read and heard about Toyotas.  From time to time, especially on longer trips, the smallness of the car becomes slightly uncomfortable, however, for my daily driving to and from work, the reliability and economy of that car is well worth the sacrifice. So far the best mileage that I have done was 40 mpg, that was strictly back and forth from work (highway with minimal in-town driving). For the most part I average 36 mpg, a significant difference than my pick-up! I hope and expect to continue driving my Corolla for at least the next ten years, or 200,000 miles - and longer. As always, any time friends begin talking about car buying or even shopping, I recommend both you and Williams. Again, thanks for the help with the purcahse of my Corolla, perhaps I'll see you at coffee some morning with your dad.

     To whom it may concern.  I'm writing this note to advise all of you looking to buy a new vehicle to buy your vehicle at Williams Toyota.  I was looking for an FJ Cruiser.  There were almost none to be had.  Dale Brown and Dave the vehicle transfer guy accomplished this, something that 5 other Toyota dealers could not.  I called Toyota dealers in Ihaca, Jack Sherman two in Albany and one in New Rochelle.  None of them were able to trade for an FJ on my behalf.  Only Dale and Dave of Williams were able to get me one and in only one month.  They did a 3 way trade, a straw trade as Dave called it.  The other 5 dealers were not even aware of such a kind of trade.  Moreover, these Williams people tracked the deliver status, and when the vehicle arrived, had everything worked out in no time.   They explained everything to me in detail that I could understand, had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and/or take with me, before I even got there.  Dale showed me around the vehicle explaining everything to me.  They were all consummate professionals, completely thorough, quite accommodating and truly cared  about me getting the vehicle.  The whole buying experience was a joy, was so rewarding.  And when buying yourself a new vehicle, you should get this kind of joyous, fun, exciting experience as I got.  Buying your new vehicle should be that fun and exciting, and it was with the Williams people.  With the other dealers I called, it just became a hassle, not what you want a new car experience.  I wholeheartedly recommend you just go to Williams and relish your experience of getting that new car.  I'll also use this opportunity to thank all of you at Williams Toyota for taking such good care of me and my FJ.  Happy Thanksgiving.  And you all are people I am really thankful for this year.

     First the service was fine on 11/14. Andy got my car in at the appointed time. He also worked with me to set up the extended service package that Shawn had told me about, which is a very good deal for me, in my opinion. Andy also looked at some body "issues" on my Prius (paint chips, one from a rock, and a scratch) and ordered the touch up paint that was needed to fix those spots. We also had a discussion about my 1999 Tacoma, and I scheduled my second frame inspection on it (first was done back in early summer of 2008). This was the second service visit I have had with you guys, and it went like the first, very friendly staff (Andy this time and several the first time), and car was done in a very acceptable time frame for me that was waiting for it (1 hour) for the oil change and inspection. The other thing I noticed on 11/14 was that Andy came to the waiting room and kept us all updated on the progress of our service, and also took time to visit with us. This showed me that you guys do care about customer service in your service department.  
     I also want to add a couple of comments about the sales side and Shawn. We were car shopping for a used Corolla in the early summer of 2008. We went to Simmons Rockwell and had a very poor sales experience there, and then stopped after hours at your place. There was several used Corolla's to look at, and I came home and made an internet appointment to look at them and when we came down we were directed to Shawn. We were very pleased with his customer service and willingness to work with us to discover what worked for us. I am large, 6 foot 6, and so my "sit test" determines what cars we get. Shawn was very understanding with our needs and did not try to push us towards any specific car or model. We ended up getting the Corolla we test drove that day.
     This spring we came back to look at cars again, intending to replace my wife's 2002 Corolla with another one. Again Shawn let us do the size test, and it ended up that a Prius had more side to side knee room and we ended up getting the Prius we test drove. Soon after my parents were looking for a van and I brought them down to see Shawn, and they ended up with a used Sienna. Shawn is my kind of sales man, he does not try to push something on me, or try to tell me what I want.
     On the finance side I worked with Brian, and he also was very good in getting me the best finance packages possible, and made sure he took the time necessary to check all his sources for me.
     I would also like to say that your web site features are important to me, I use computers all the time with my job (see next paragraph) and so the internet is the first place I go to for information, and up to date web sites are important to me!
     I am the systems manager at an E911 center, and deal with lots of sales people and also lots of service people. I experience everything from very bad to very good customer service, and deal with small local companies to very large ones, like IBM and Motorola. Good customer service is important to me and in all my dealings with you guys so far your customer service has been great!!
     My wife and I have owned 7 Toyotas since 1994, starting with a 1989 truck. So we are happy Toyota owners and appreciate the customer service that Williams Toyota show their customers. We will continue to be your customer because of the customer service you provide. You have a great bunch of people there!

     I recently had my 1998 Toyota Camry services with Williams Toyota Scion and want to than you for the fantastic service.
     I brought the car in because I had a power steering fluid leak.  It turned out that the power steering rack needed to be replaced.  Mike Simons in your repair department kept me updated on the timeframe to get the parts in and when the car would be ready.  I came by to pick up the car the night it was ready and noticed a new sound that was coming from the car.  I left the car and called Mike the nexxt morning, he said that he would look into the problem and would call me back.  It turned out that something was damaged in the process of installing the new power steering rack.  Mike apologized and quickly rectified the situation by having the necessary repair done.
     I was very impressed with Mike's customer service skills.  This was my first experience with your dealership and I will not hesitate to come back the next time the car needs servicing or if I am in the market for a new car.  My brother bought a Rav 4 from Williams last year and he recommended your place to me, I'm glad he did.
