We went to Williams Toyota in Sayre, PA to buy a new Highlander. We ran into a sales consultant who sold us our previous Toyotas at a competitive dealership and whom we were very happy with 7 years ago. Mr. Bill Kohberger greeted us with a smile and engaging conversation about about our immediate car needs. Mr. Kohberger fetched the Highlander that we were interested in, gave an overview of the changes that have occurred in the Highlander since 2005 and was most helpful in getting us acquainted with the overall features of the SUV. After our test drive, Mr. Kohberger was there to greet us and answer any questions about the vehicle. We decided to buy the Highlander. At which time, Mr. Lundy, the dealership manager, came and offered us an attractive price which we accepted. Mr. Lundy was also very helpful to us in understanding the presented price, getting acquainted with the new GPS system and answering our questions. Mr. Kohberger introduced us to the service manager, Andy Liguori, who was helpful and gave us a brief run-down on service procedures for the new Highlander. One great thing that Mr. Kohberger did was return the money (loose coins)from the compartment of our 2005 Highlander that we forgot to take when we traded in the older vehicle. His complete honesty was truly appreciated even though the sum of money was not great. We also appreciated the professional presentation and selling experience by Brian Hughes regarding the Toyota Care programs. In summary, the entire experience ranging from brief, but fruitful conversations with Kevin Horn (Overall Manager of William'Dealerships), Mr. Dave Lundy, Brian Hughes and Mr. Bill Kohberger (who always follows up for years after the sale)was a most satisfying experience and one that is heartily recommended.

Hi, As soon as you walk in the door you have the overwhelming sense of family. Bill Kohberger was the first to answer my email from Williams Toyota. With a professional yet enthusiatic phone contact, Bill asked if I would like to stop in Williams to check out the vehicle I thought I wanted. The next day I met Bill at the dearlership showroom. I sat down in Bill's sales area. In asking important questions, Bill thought I might like the 2012 Yaris better as this would suit my driving needs more. I really liked the thought and concern for me as the customer that Bill had. Instead of selling me the 2012 Venza, he advised me that the 2012 Yaris would be better. Bill went with me on a test drive of a 2012 2dr. Yaris. I was impressed by the performance of the vehicle and Bill answered questions while trying out the vehicle. I was very happy to choose the 2012 Yaris 4dr. in Super White. Bill introduced me to the Parts and Service department. Enroute to that department, I was greeted by an Associate, Alison Cummings, as I passed her desk. Amanda Champion, in Parts and Service, explained what would be happening when my vehicle came in for service. Also Andy Liguori and Dick Ackley were both busy on their computers, but they stopped what they were doing and welcomed me to the family. Bill called me the next day letting me know that my 2012 Yaris 4dr. was just pulling into the Williams lot. I decided to pick the car up the following day. You can not imagine my excitement when I walked past the 2012 Yaris 4dr. to go into the showroom. I went to Bill's sales area but he was busy on the phone so Becky Moore who has the sales area the other side of Bill asked if she could help me. Becky let Bill know that I was here. Becky was a very pleasant person to talk to while I waited. Matt Lynch/Brian Hughes covered me on paperwork and both were professional yet friendly. My experience: EXCELLENT!

When we got there he was right there and asking us everything that happen and he told us everything they were going to look at and we told him we had to do some running and we gave him my cell and when the car was done he personally called us and told the car was done. He is the sweetest guy I know and I will come back to Williams as long as Andy is working there!

I just wanted to write you and commend Andy for his exceptional customer service on Friday. Friday afternoon I stopped to get gas just down the street.  As I was pumping I realized a had run over a screw and needed immediate repair.  It was 5:20pm and I live in Wyalusing.  I knew your service department was closed but being new to the area I thought that someone would be able to tell me where to go.  I was in about a month ago with a recall issue so I knew the service department was very friendly. Andy greeted me and insisted that I pull my car around back. 10 minutes later my tire was plugged and I was ready to go. This is exceptional customer service and I greatly appreciate Andy going above and beyond to help me out after hours on a Friday afternoon.  Williams Toyota will always have my business.

I wanted to send you a note to tell you thanks for your efforts in buying our latest Toyota from you and Williams. This time you, Brian and Andy combined to provide wonderful customer service to Terrie and me. It was a win situation for us and again our overall experience was very satisfying! (5th car in 3 years counting my parents)
There were several things that you guys did that stood out this time and I wanted to let all of you guys know what they were! You gave us several options to look at from used to new, and also an alternative style in looking at a Camry. There was never any push towards a specific model, you just gave us the information we asked for. Then there was no push to "buy something today" and you honored the trade value of the RAV for more than just that day. When we decided what we wanted, you guys found us one quickly, and then worked within our schedule, even coming in on your day off for us to finish the process to buy the Corolla.
Brian, I appreciate the commitment to honor the Toyota incentives after they were over. I also appreciate that you took the time to check around for loan rates and came up with something that saved us a good chunk of cash, by being able to get the rebate. And of course you kept that bunch of paperwork straight, and made the necessary changes after we decided to put some money down and borrow less.
Andy, thanks a bunch for having your guys make the tire and rim switches so we could have our aftermarket wheels and the snow tires back the way we wanted them, with the tires and wheels separate, you made the changes quickly, and no charge!
Terrie and I had another wonderful experience at Williams, and that experience of great customer service keeps bringing us back to Williams, and will continue to do so.
